How do you answer 'What did not you dislike about your previous jobs' in a job interview?

The best way to approach a question like this, is to answer it honestly, but with a positive spin on it. Something like "Not many promotion opportunities" is a good one. This shows a potential employer that you are job minded, and willing to work your way up, but were unable to due to the lack of promotional postions available.

Or a simple answer would be "I liked my job, but I moved". You never want to say that you hated it, even if it was the worst job ever! Try to be as pleasant as possible when answering this question.

Remember that the job you are filling out an application for today, could be the "past employment" reference of tomorrow. You don't want to trash your past employers because they stand between you and your next job.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
