I remember having this fear when I had my first son. Before I went into labor I told my husband to stay with the baby, no matter what. Once my son was born, they cleaned him up and of course, put identification bands on him.My husband never left his side.
At that point, unless someone changes the bands, you should have no doubt. Besides, once you see your baby ... you can't be fooled, you'll know. If it's already after the fact and you have any doubt at all, there's always DNA testing.
Make sure when they give him/her to you, that the umbilical cord is still attached. That way you can be sure.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
