How do you change windows 7 color?..(the taskbar)?

It doesn't look like the custom controls in Windows 7 have any options or advanced options for anything besides choosing a color. However, it could be that there is a custom "theme" out there that might have what you are looking for. Here's a link to a Google search for free Windows 7 themes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
