I started to answer this, but realized I had so much to say that I might as well do a hub on it! You've inspired me to write a hub on the subject: "How to Choose Pictures for Your Hub. " It should be in a few hours.
Thanks!
Always use photos that are available for commercial use and indicate share alike attributes. That being said, here is what I look for:A photo that demonstrates a Key Word or tag that you are using. Then I title the photo with that same Key Word.
I either use a Key Word photo capsule title or position the photo to correspond with an appropriate text capsule. Also see Howard S' recent hub regarding photos. Extremely useful.
Hope this helps.
Thank you Stephanie and Maralexa for your answers. I like to use bright and colorful pictures to attract attention. I also try to find ones that are easy to tell what they are on the small thumbnails.
I try to take as many of my own pictures as I can, although I do find some that are available. I am hoping to take more photos so I can have a library to choose from.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
