Plain dishwashing detergent in a water with a soft cloth. Wood cabinets will have a urethane or other resistant coating on them. Your are cleaning a plastic surface not a wood one.

Simple Green or any Murphy's wood cleaner or Orange Oil cleaner, even plain ammonia will cut the grease without harming the cabinets.
