Once they have been attached as a database, then you can use Excel to access the data through an ODBC connection, or use the SQL 2005 Express Management tool to query the data and export to . I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
