Holidays, birthdays and special events often call for making dozens of sugar cookies, and frosting them makes them even more festive. It is easy to get wrapped up in the festivities and overestimate just how many cookies you actually need. Alternatively, you could be the recipient of more sugar cookies than you know what to do with.
Fortunately, it is very easy to freeze sugar cookies and save them for another time. Lay your cookies out on a cookie sheet and place them in the freezer for 1 hour. This will enable the frosting to harden up so the designs on the cookies do not get damaged from touching each other.
Remove the cookies from the freezer. Place a sheet of wax paper on the bottom of a plastic freezer container. The best size container to use for this is a 9- by 13-inch container, but the "entree" size disposable freezer containers work well also.
Place a layer of cookies on the bottom of the container. Cover with a layer of wax paper. Add another layer of cookies.
Repeat ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
