How do you go about performing Astral Projection?

The only things you can have an effect on that is of any solid form are people and animals. It is easier to have an effect on animals more so than with humans. But any inanimate objects you have no effect on because you are of a subtler energy that is a lesser density than matter.

In the astral projection you are in the formless and in the formless you aren't effecting anything unless it has mind or soul to receive perceive. For example with those who can speak with the dead or those who have been in surgery and witness being out of the body and watching the surgery or going around the hospital seeing other patients. I am one who has been having them since I was very young and I am now 45 years of age. I must have had a good 1000 astral traveling experiences and have helped maybe some other 500 either achieve it or helped them gather more information on it. There is lots of info that has to alter your mind to be capable of projecting or else it can never happen for you is what I have learned over the years.

There is no such thing as astral projection. Anyone saying they can do it is a fibber or a fool. You are looking into AP in the wrong places.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
