How do you perform astral projection?

People would see you sleeping Your concious ( the thinking part of you) would be floating around the room. That part of you cant be seen although small children, pets and some psychic people . Cold see you... In fact most ghost soghtings are people in projection mode .

They'd see you as lying there, being stupid since there's no such thing as astral projection.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
