I have to admit Every time that I’ve purchased anything from Amazon,including my most recent order scheduled to arrive today,it’s been a completely hassle free experience. They send you the e mail with a link to your order,you click that link and track it’s progress. I always get fantastic prices from Amazon.Com (I’m a viscious shopper) and I generally have no trouble finding what I need.

I had a problem one time and asked a question o9n Askville. I got great answers and I was linked directly to the product that I wanted. I’ve ordered from all different categories,but mostly books,magazines and sports and outdoors.

I order from Amazon frequently, and have never had a problem. It took me awhile to finally make that leap into ordering from an on-line company, but boy is my life easier now! I have many nieces and nephews, and I use to buy something from a local store, wrap it, box it and mail it.

Now, I see something I want to get them, and I just look it up on Amazon. Com and order it through them. Their prices have always been very good, and the shipping is as much as I would have paid, but many times less.

Sometimes I even get free shipping! I always have received my items with 3-5 business days, and the one time I paid extra to have it withing two days, it was delivered. I have never received a damaged package or had the need to return something, so I cannot speak to Amazon's return services.It really is that easy to use and reliable.

My older nephews especially like surfing Amazon. Com and picking out something they want. Again, I have never had any of them complain about not being able to get their stuff or receiving it damaged.

My most frequent use of Amazon is now for ordering books. They have great prices, and since I don't have a lot of time to get to a bookstore (and if I do it is usually in the children's section with the three kids!), it is so convenient for me to just order from Amazon. They have reviews of the books available, and you can even read parts of the book on-line to make sure it is what you want.

It is nice for the book to just show up at my door a few days later!O.K.I sound like an Amazon.Com commercial now. But for a mother with three young children who finds it difficult to get out and shop these days, Amazon has truly proven reliable and convenient for me..

I love Amazon! In fact, they make it so easy, I spend waaaaay to much money there! I have never had any problems with any of my orders, and I've ordered A LOT.In fact, my experience with them has always been that they go "above and beyond" when it comes to customer service.

That has been a godsend several times when my children have needed a book or other item "right away". Given where I live, it's much easier for me to order from Amazon than to drive to the nearest Borders or Barnes and Noble -- although I do enjoy doing that now and again as an "outing" -- and the book shows up at my doorstep! Problems with gettting a credit from amazon.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
