There is nothing more fun than creating crafts with your children. Creating a paper bag scarecrow with your kids helps to develop color perception, as well as shape association. It is an appropriate craft to create for Halloween, and it's not only simple, but provides a cute decoration for your home.
Take the pattern for your hat, and trace it onto the white or tan construction paper. Once you have completed the trace, cut out your hat. Decorate your hat with stitches (much like a tic-tac-toe square grid).
Place your paper bag on a table, with the flap side down. Take your google eyes and glue them about 3 inches from the top. With your marker, draw the eyebrows.
With the orange construction paper, cut out a triangular nose. Glue your nose on under the eyes. With the pink paper, cut out two circles, and glue on each side of the nose.
Draw a smile from one side of the circle to the other. If you like, you can draw stitches on the smile. Take your yellow construction paper and fold ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
