How do you make a picture file your desktop picture on a PC?

Right click the image and click "Set as Desktop Background Or, right click the desktop, go to Properties, select the Desktop tab, then click Browse... to manually add a photo as your background.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
