Some women have this problem more than others - the reaction your breasts will have to pregnancy and breastfeeding has a lot to do with genetics. You may not be able to do much about it, but you can certainly try: You can try to wear a bra during the day, especially if you're more than a C cup - even a sports bra or something comfy will do. At night, maybe wear a tank top that has a built-in bra or something to give you a bit of support.
And chest exercises MAY help by lifting your chest wall up, to give the appearance of higher breasts. Hope that helps :) Edit - If your breasts do sag - that's what good-quality bras are for. Get a professionally fitted bra.
Nobody has to know except your SO. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
