It's because you're no longer lactating. The breasts WERE pumping full of milk and now they aren't. It's like when a helium balloon deflates.
Theoretically, it could be that you lost some extra fat through the course of pregnancy, and breastfeeding if that took place. Personally, I don't think I've ever heard of it happening, but in theory...
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
