In theory....in a way...it can be done , but it is not practical...1 you need a battery...2..an electric motor..3 an electric generator...4 voltage regulators. The battery is needed to start up the electric motor ( like a car battery is used to turn the starter motor which in turn starts up the car and then the cars generator takes over and produces the needed electricity to run the car ) , the electric motor turns the electric generator , the electric generator produces more then enough electricity to turn the electric motor / run the device / recharge the battery.... Now where are you going to cram all this into , in a laptop...
If that were possible or practicably they would have electric cars that could go longer distances. Ron.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
