If you are like most people, all your Christmas items from previous years are safely tucked away in storage boxes in the garage, in the attic or basement, or perhaps in a storage facility. Wherever you have them, it is almost time to pull out all the ornaments to inspect them and get them ready to place in their special place on the tree. Some have very special meaning or have a story to tell, are well looked after and others, like those once beautiful glass balls can begin to look a little tired, scratched and color faded after much use.
Instead of throwing them out and buying new ornaments, recycle them! Covering them with decorative and seasonal tissue paper can bring new life and pleasure to your ornaments and gives them a decoupage effect. This is a great activity for children or non-crafty people and a good way to use left over tissue pieces.
Place newspaper sheets on the workspace to catch glue drips as this activity can get a bit messy. Once you have selected your tissue ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
