I like to do anything I can to save money. Clothes are expensive, and I like spend as little as I possibly can. Shopping at the thrift store is one of the cheapest way to buy kids' clothes.
I shop for my kids clothes without my kids. I know their sizes. Having them there with me ony creates a hassle, and I like to wash used clothing first before they try them on anyway.
If something doesn't fit, it's not a big deal, as I can just sell it in my next yard sale. I shop often. That way, I can find the best clothes.
I look for stylish , nice clothes that look new. My little ones are still young enough that I can get away with picking out what they wear. I occasionally find a cool sweatshirt or something for my teenager too.
I will buy something that has a button missing or has a mendable tear in it, if it looks nice enough. Most people will pass these things over, but if it only will take a feww minutes for a repair, I'll buy it if I like it. More.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
