How do you throw 100 mph on the wii sports in baseball?

Flicking your wrist doesn't always help.. I only get about 94 mph when I flick my wrist.. There's some secret to it that I don't know.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
