I/O, or inside-out, throws are an important tool for competitive ultimate. While they allow you to throw the disc on a path that a normal - outside-in - throw would not, they are especially important in wind and rain. The wind catches the underside of the disc so by angling it the top into the wind you can limit its effect.
Throwing directly into the wind - I/O is what you want. For a right-handed thrower, the I/O flick begins out to the throwers left before breaking back to the right as it nears the receiver. Grip the disc tightly in a traditional forehand grip with your index and middle finger together inside the rim of the disc.
Pull the disc back rotating your shoulder and elbow to keep the disc horizontal, parallel to the ground. Step forward with your right foot transferring your weight out front as you begin to pull the disc forward. As the disc comes across your body angle it so the side your hand is on is slightly higher than the other side of the disc.
Keep your forearm ... more.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
