How do you uninstall the serpentine belt located on a 1999 Saturn?

Honda Man's Answer There is no manual way to tighten the belt. The serpentine belt tensioner is spring loaded and requires no adjustment. If the belt is too loose replacing the belt tensioner will be required Answer it should tighten automaticly,you may need to replace the tensioner.
