For those who make quilts on a regular basis leftover fabric squares can pile up rather quickly. When those squares of fabric don't match any projects that are being worked on, they get tossed aside. Making patchwork quilts is a great way to use up all the square scraps that are hanging around.
Decide how big you want your quilt to be. Gather all your fabric squares and put them in a bag. You want to randomly choose one out of the bag as you sew them.
Make the desired number of rows with the desired number of squares. Iron each row pressing the seams in the same direction. Pin two rows with right sides together.
Match all the seams. Sew, making sure to remove all the pins as you go. Repeat Steps 5-6 until all the rows have been joined together.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
