How does addiction affect my brain chemistry?

When you’re addicted to something, you begin to crave it because a key neurotransmitter, such as dopamine, has signaled your brain to feel pleasure. You want more, and you develop a habit to get more. You keep up that process of needing more until it becomes an addiction.

You repeat the behavior to get that biological IV hit of dopamine. But your body adjusts, so over time you need more and more to achieve the same pleasurable feeling.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
