ClearSync is designed to co-exist with whatever desktop third party Personal Information Manager (PIM), such as Microsoft Outlook, that you synchronize your handheld to instead of Palm Desktop. How this works is that when you perform a HotSync operation, the Palm and PIM synchronization utility conduits, such as PocketMirror® from Chapura®, the calendar and contact information between your handheld and the desktop PIM get updated with one another, as they normally do. Then, the ClearSync HotSync and ClearSync Server synchronization conduits, which are designed to run last, “wake up” and synchronize the data in the ClearSync applications on your handheld – which is permanently linked to the data in their corresponding built-in Palm applications – with the ClearSync Desktop Viewer and, when you wish, with the ClearSync Server.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
