L-phenylalanine, found naturally in protein-rich foods such as beef, poultry, pork, milk, eggs and soy, is converted by the body into another amino acid, L-tyrosine. L-tyrosine is responsible for the creation of certain proteins, thyroid hormones, and brain chemicals including dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine. Low levels of these neurotransmitters have been associated with poor mood and poor memory.
L-Phenylalanine may promote emotional well-being and help support memory. NSI® L-Phenylalanine is better because it: Provides 500 mg of L-phenylalanine in one easy-to-swallow capsule. Promotes positive mood.
Did You Know? All NSI supplements are packaged in HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) bottles. These bottles keep moisture vapor out, protecting the freshness and integrity of their contents, and are 400% more effective compared other brands currently using PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) bottles.
HDPE bottles do not break as glass can and are also recyclable so we urge you to ... more.
