How good will alex smith be with the chiefs?

Good trade for the chiefs, now they don't have to worry about wasting a pick on Geno Smith, or Matt Barkley.

With what we're giving up to get him we're almost certainly going to sign him to a contract extension too. That means when he regresses back to his 2010 form, we'll be stuck with him for 4 years just like we were with Cassel. For a guy that has played 80 games and been good in like 25 of them, this is just ridiculous.

He won't win a playoff game for KC. He will make sure that we don't even have a chance at a real franchise QB for another 4 or 5 years though. Unless Reid and Dorsey draft a QB that is better than him in the next 2 years and is the starter by 2015, this move will cost them their jobs.

It's Matt Cassel all over again. Reid is not the QB genius he thinks he is. He helped develop Favre to an extent and he developed McNabb.

That's his resume, period. Chiefs have no depth at WR or RB behind Bowe and Charles. West Coast Cassel throws for 14 tds and has 12 turnovers this season.

Chiefs offense stays in the bottom 5 of the league. 5 wins, maybe 6. This move makes us marginally better in the short term but worse in the long term.

D: you must not know Chiefs history too well if you think the other 4 QBs we got from San Fran worked out well. 3 playoff wins combined from them, 2 of them from Montana. The other 3 were a friggin joke and one of them (Grbac) came over in this exact situation and because we gave up so much for him a future NFL MVP in Rich Gannon had to ride the pine.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
