The violin is definitely more difficult to play and master because there are more variables. Any instrument has a "learning curve" and can seem difficult for the first few days. The trumpet has its "notes" preset in the form of the valves, though you change octaves with your mouth formation.
With the violin you have to learn the positions and fingering techniques to form the "notes" and you also must master the bow. The violin is very tactile and depends upon "finger sensitivity". The trumpet involves mouth formations and could be very easy for someone who finds the mouth easier to work with.
A lot of work is necessary to master any instrument.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
