How is it that whilst the Scottish still get no tuition fees, English students now have to pay more for Uni?

The law is based on the concept that taxpayers get the benefit of taxpayer subsidies. Dependent 18 year olds qualify on the basis of their parents' status. After you started work you became a taxpayer in your own right.

If you have been paying Irish tax on your income for the last three years, you will be entitled to Irish benefits. Otherwise you will be in the same category as the other non EU taxpayers.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
