How is neck function related to the shoulder blades?

One of the biggest keys to neck function is a shoulder blade (scapula) that works properly. The scapula needs to rest and move in a fairly precise way in order to unload the neck and shoulder joints. One of the scapula's functions is to support arm movements in overhead positions by rotating, elevating, and sliding out underneath the arm as it reaches up.

It becomes the foundation on which arm function rests. If that isn't happening, the shoulder joint and neck are in for some real work. This eventually taxes the shoulder joint and neck and leads to neck pain, headaches, and other issues.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
