1) Massage 2) I'm partial to Tiger Balm Arthritis Relief lotion, but if you're sensitive to the smell (and it's strong), it might be too much. 3) Some light pain reliever of your choice. Aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen...take your pick 4) light...LIGHT, I say!...stretching of your back and neck.

I'd use a Therma Care warmth patch. Also, be sure you're not holding your back/shoulders in a hunched position. You may feel like hunching, but it tends to make things worse.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
