I am planning to stay in Langhorne. One of us will be going from Langhorne to NYC and other from Langhorne to Philadelphia. Want to find out how good is Langhorne an option?
Also are there better options? Asked by girdhar 48 months ago Similar questions: commute Langhorne PA NYC Philadelphia Local > United States > New York City - NY.

Trains Your best bet are the trains. From Langhorne to Philly you should take the R3 line. You can catch the R3 in Langhorne.
Getting NYC will be a little trickier. The R3 can take you into West Trenton. At the West Trenton station you will have to catch the NJT bus.
The bus will take yo uto the main Trenton train station (NJT, Septa R7, and Amtrack). You can then take the NJT train to Penn Station, NY or take an Amtrack train. The bus also makes a stop at the Hamilton Station for NJT.
Good luck! .
There is no perfect solution for a couple working in NYC & Phila Langhorne to Phila = 30 mins by car Langhorne to NYC = 2 hrs by car; of course you can take Amtrak instead at some expense If you are married with child(ren), one spouse definitely will want to be close to home. 30 mins would be the outer bound for me. The spouse with the NYC commute is going to burn out at some point, even if the job is 9-5.
Moving to West Trenton, right on I-95, would cost the Phila spouse an extra 20 mins and drop the NYC commute to 90-100 mins. I knew a couple (without kids) that split the pain more evenly by living in the Princeton Junction area. The spouse with the NYC commute still has Amtrak.
And, the Phila ride isn’t too bad. Good luck! It sounds like it probably is a complicated decision..
Either way it's not a bad trip. Langhorne is right by I-95 which goes right into the heart of Philly. Also, a quick drive over to the PA Turnpike will get you north to NYC.
Amtrak is just as convenient in both directions too. Needless to say, there's definitely more convenient places you can stay to hit both cities and Langhorne, especially this time of year, can be a tad crazy with traffic..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
