I wouldn't keep it longer than 7 seven day's I it is a homemade dip (same as soup, broth etc..). If it's bought and 'unopened' I would use it up to 10 days AFTER the expiring date. If you have opened it-you should find a small printed note somewhere on the jar which tells you how long you can keep it in the fridge after opening.

I would add 2-3 days to that-but not more.
