How long can you go to jail for buying stuff with someone elses credit card?

Okay here is the deal since you keep asking the same question. The first issue is who has physical custody of you, and where does any custody arrangement say you are to live? If you are to live with your dad, your mom is most likely breaking the law by keeping you.

If your dad reports it, she could actually end up in jail. Now, if your mom has custody of you unless she says you can go...you can't go. If you attempt to go, and when you show up at your dad's if he does not let her know or work on getting you back(without any other arrangement) he is the one who could now end up in jail.

If you purchase a ticket using your mom's card you are committing fraud. It doesn't matter if you are her child, or not..it is still a crime. Now, it is unlikely she would report you so the chances of you getting in legal trouble for that would be slim.

Although if she did some "tough love", she could turn you over to her credit card company and then they would have you prosecuted. It would be then up to the judge as to if you deserve jail time, or what your punishment would be. However, even if we take out the credit card issue.
