How long do I have to wait after my dog gets spayed or neutered to start up an exercise program?

We will walk a dog after the initial two to three day recovery period, until the sutures are removed, only then will we begin (or resume) the running program. It's better to have a slightly restless dog than one with an infection and/or torn sutures that requires additional medical treatment! Always follow your vet's advice.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
