Well that would depend on you and how much long you using it, what you are using it for. And so on.
It really depends on the quality of the vacuum. My parents bought a Vorwerk in 1985 and it lasted roughly 15 years. I've had more problems with little bits and pieces breaking than the vacuum not working, especially with the bagless kind.
Generally, a simple one will last at least 5 years, but with light use up to 10.
Well it varies from 1-10 years usually, bt my parents had the SAME one all my childhood, and it still works! Ask the clerk at the store too, it depends on price and type (filter no filter etc).
Being as clumsy as I am, I broke my vacuum cleaner after 2 weeks.
I have one that a bought at a garage sale about 20 years ago. I paid $10 for it. It was already probably 15 years old when I bought it so that makes 35 years total. It still works great.
I only have one big room in my house that has carpet so it only gets light use.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
