How long does it take to replace struts?

I'm guessing you didn't seat the piston rod properly in the strut mount. Some strut piston rods have a flat side and a corresponding flat spot in the strut mount. If you don't line them up, you won't get the nut seated.

It won't affect alignment. But if that nut comes off, woooo hooo.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
