Your insurance company + the insurance company for the other driver should (? ) be the ones to get the ball rolling and decide what to do next ; you need to keep in contact with your ins co ( not the other ins co ) and make sure that they stay on top of this.......if for some reason the other persons ins co won't get your vehicle repaired, then you may be able to file a small claims case against him/her.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
