You are not cooking the meat, but re-heating it, so the time will be different from a turkey that must cook. Has an interesting recipe for re-heating the thing in a pan of sweetened broth, and that recipe totals five hours. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
