If you're just starting out, as long as you workout and eat alot youll lose fat gain 10 lbs of muscle, no matter what unless you train and eat like a complete idiot. Lots of protein(protein shakes are convient way to get enough protein ontop of meals), good amount of carbs. And yes people will start to notice.
You may only gain a couple of lbs overall but youll be gaining more muscle than you think if you have some fat. Id say 10 lbs is good if you stay consistent in around 2-3 months. Maybe sooner.
6-10 reps is good for building muscle and just find a weight you can work with and keep trying to increase it over time and you should be fine. And a good workout should be like an hour or so.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
