Okay, I get what you're saying. The fact that you said,"That you don't understand you are not ready tells me enough about your supposed 'maturity level." You literally just made things into a loop.
I do believe I am quite ready because I am incredibly mature for my age, able to make decisions and think of the consequences. You would reply with what you said before. Make sense?
Anyway, I am not you. When I think about what I want as a tattoo, I think about my love for family, my faith in God (I am a Roman Catholic, I was baptized and had my communion, that definitely won't change), my love for art, photography, swimming. That will last me a lifetime.
You also didn't answer my question, so (I'm just curious, not in a rude way) why did you reply?
Tattoos, regardless of size or placement, need 4-6 weeks to heal completely. Since it is the end of May you should be fine, but, if there are any signs of peeling or scabbing, you need to stay out of the water, especially the ocean. It's not so much that you'll ruin the tattoo, but you run the risk of getting an infection.
The ocean is a cesspool of bacteria, and people who get in too early, always seem to come down with an infection.
Not until all of the scabbing is gone, otherwise the tattoo can turn into more of a scar.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
