Before. First of all, you shouldn't work out at night. Early evening is fine, but night-time workouts really aren't very good for the body, considering you need to sleep.
Unless you are a night owl then it's fine. You don't want the endorphins kicked into high gear before going to sleep If I work out past 8:00 I will be up until 5 in the morning. Second, if you workout after dinner, chances are this will hurt your stomach... particularly if you ate a lot of fiber during your meal.
I went in for building and did the following - gave me incredible results: 4 Banana's - to help stamina for the workout. Gym 1.5 hours in the evening at about 630. Had one chocolate in 10 mins of workout.
(helps restore the blood glucose level) Come home, have milk with weigh protein. Food after 20 mins And MOST important: Slept really well. Your body builds when you sleep and not when you work out... Work out tears the muscle and in rest/sleep the body rebuilds it, and adds some more to avoid tears.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
