YOUR QUESTION needs to be clarified. Do you mean when your using it in the shower, time wise? Or you one of those DRONES that listen to the "old wive's tale" that your hair gets used to the shampoo, so you need to switch often?

Many of my clients felt they had to switch at least twice a year.....which positively does NO GOOD unless you clairy BEFORE doing it. If you don't its like piling NEW junk ontop of OLD JUNK. If you switch products you always need to start with a CLEAN SLATE.

Saying that I have used the same shampoo & conditioner for ten years...........because I clarify my hair once a month! If your asking about washing & conditioning time....depends on your hair. I have long fine, but alot of hair....it takes about 10 minutes to wash it.

I use a leave in conditioner.....

1 Your Question is too vague to know what you actually are asking about! If you are asking how many years you should continue shampooing and conditioning your hair, the answer is: until you die (unless you like the "axle grease" look)! This user has been banned from Askville.

3 For shampooing, about 15 seconds of washing and then rinse it out. If your hair doesn't sound "squeaky" when you run your fingers through it after that, do it one more time. For conditioner, most maker recommend that you leave it on for a about a minute before rinsing it off.

4 Let's try this again, revised, and using proper HTML. For shampooing, about 15 seconds of washing and then rinse it out. If your hair doesn't sound "squeaky" when you run your fingers through it after that, do it one more time.

For conditioner, most makers recommend that you leave on your hair for about a minute before rinsing it off (off course, this is done after shampooing). There are also combined shampoo/conditioner products; just following the directions. This user has been banned from Askville.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
