I looked this up not to long ago after finding a large amount of spices that were old in my mother's cabinets. It seems that as long as spices are sealed and keep in a dry environment, they do not spoil but lose their flavor and/or strength. It is also my understanding that by storing spices and herbs in cool, dry, and airtight spots, it can prolong their life.
Herbs and spices can not be froze because of moisture problems. It also seems that certain spices and herbs will last longer than others. Like whole spices verses ground.
--quote-- • Whole spices and herbs leaves and flowers will keep 1 - 2 years. • Seeds will keep 2 – 3 years and roots will keep 3 years. • Ground spices and herb leaves and seeds keep 1 year.
• Ground roots will keep for 2 years. --end quote.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
