Prolonged pain and tightness cause tissues to change in size, shape, consistency, strength, and flexibility, and a month or two of therapy will never achieve the lasting changes necessary to prevent the reoccurrences that lead to chronic pain. Given that it has likely taken years for you to develop aberrant tissue patterns, you must accept the fact that it will take months of dedicated and conscientious work to begin reversing those changes. It is illogical and implausible to expect that you can undo years of strain and neglect by going to a physical therapist or chiropractor three times a week for six or eight weeks.
Even the best therapy or advice in the world will never make up for a lack of dedication and the necessary follow-through.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
