Scott's answer is correct, the result of the foldr is a function, so this is why it seems that foldr takes 4 arguments. The foldr functions does take 3 arguments (function, base, list).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
