Try adding spinach to your salad, as it is much higher in nutritional value than lettuce. The lettuce is good, but mixed with spinach, it is twice as powerful. If you don't like some of the cruciferous vegetables, try a food processor to make the vegetables really tiny, and add them to your meals.
Also add in an avocado a day. Avocado contains monounsaturated fat and polyunsaturated fat, which actually help your body to not store other fats, such as saturated fat. Make sure you are exercising regularly for full effect.
A good solid exercise routine will keep your muscles moving and growing, which will mean more muscles consuming energy (calories), and less of it being stored as fat.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
