A person can loose weight healthily by: 1. Regular exercise(they say that jogging, walking or running 1.6 km will help maintain a physically fit body but I'm not sure about this...) 2. Having or eating a balanced diet(you know... the one with the grow, glow go food groups.. or whatever...this also means that you should avoid eating unhealthy food) People may think that this has nothing to do with the question but...it does.(food that is full of cholesterol is an example- this makes you fat which means an increase in weight...) 3.
And uhm... I think that's it.
Eat less, move more There is no fast magic formula apart from starvation, which leads to all kinds of physical and physchological problems Don't drive when you can walk; don't catch elevators when you can climb stairs Don't say you can't find time to do these things, because I bet the time you could be moving is the time you're slouched in front of the television catching up on essential information, while your body, your kids and your dog would just love to be moving about with you in the fresh air And next time you justify your information-gathering from the screens, take time the next day to write comprehensively of what you've learned. And explain the importance of this to your kids, friends and family Why do I think you won't bother? When you eat, leave out the fatty and sugary stuff - gradually, so you don't feel all resentful and deprived - and understand this way of life is the way you keep healthy.
For life It isn't good enough to get into starvation diets or even good diets until you reckon you look okay, and then go back to your old habits; your brain will simply say, oh, yes! And it'll take much less time for you to become unfit than it did for you become fit Drastic, quick-fix diets don't work, nor do pills. Start now to be where you want to be and don't wait for the magic day to arrive!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
