Treadmills have rapidly gained popularity amongst the fitness enthusiasts in the modern gyms. They allow you to walk or run at various speeds and different slopes. The actual amount of calories that you actually burn will depend on the speed at which you are exercising.
E.g. Running will burn more calories than walking. It will also depend on the angle at which you have set your treadmill.
Exercising on the flat surface will not be as challenging as that on the incline. So eventually you end up burning more calories at incline. But the most important factor that will determine the number of calories burnt will be your size.
Bigger you are, more calories you will burn. E.g. If you are 250 pounds you will burn 454 calories while walking on the treadmill at 4 mph.
But in case if you are just 150 pounds, you burn merely 252 calories. Now coming to stairmaster vs treadmill debate, there is not much difference in the actual calories burnt. However stairmaster can be difficult for many people as it requires you to have stronger legs, which not many modern day gym-goers possess.
However you can forget all these machines and go and play in the park or jump ropes. They will not only give you an amazing workout but will also rejuvenate your mind, by providing you with fresh air and sunlight and taking you close to nature. Source: ehow.com/about_5444789_many-calories-tre....
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
