How many hours a day does the typical dog sleep? Does the dog's size have any bearing on that amount?

My personal experience is that it's very much related to age. I have three dogs. When they were puppies, they all slept about 8 hours during the night and another 2 hours during the day, but now that they're much older, they slip about 4-5 hours during the day in addition to sleeping through the night.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
