It was Clinton allowing non-stop terrorist attacks that caused it. Clinton's foreign policy was non-existant.
Either way you take it, it looks worse for Bush. If everything that happens while they're in office is theirs and theirs alone, then Bush started two wars, started a massive recession, and allowed the biggest terrorist attack in the history of this country to occur on our soil. If everything starts being theirs after, say, a year, Bush still owns the wars and now he would own the majority of the decline resultant from the recession.
Compare that with Obama. In the first scenario, he would own continued wars, an oil spill, and a good chunk of the economic decline. Hardly equates to starting wars, 3000 dead Americans and the beginning of an economic collapse.
In the second scenario, he owns about the same, except now far less of the recession. It doesn't look good on Bush either way, makes Obama seem tame in comparison.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
