Do some research. Listen to the tone of the websites you find. Are they rational, dispassionate, logical descriptions of this Republican corruption or are they full of hyperbole, diatribe, partial facts and attitude?
If you start running into more of the later, you have to start asking why. Some people want to run with political opinions that dwell and fester in dark corners, safe from the light of scrutiny. Where do your political opinions come from?
There wasn't exactly silence on the Republican spending spree. The Tea Parties were born under Bush. They just weren't call that yet.
Those calling themselves Conservatives and Independents instead of Republicans grew due to the disillusionment. Some Conservative commentators came to prominence talking against Bush spending, like Glenn Beck. Even Limbaugh spoke out against him from time to time.
Voting for the party is the problem. Start a new party and stop the complacency that has taken hold of the Democrats and Republicans. Better still, vote out all incumbents and get new people in office who value the gift they have been given - to make our lives better and, to ensure that our country stays strong and stable.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
